take some warm water, put some honey and cinnamon powder in it and drink daily in morning.

How do you know how much you need to lose. Maybe you only need to lose 5 pounds. You can't lose 11 pounds in 2 weeks in a healthy manner. Aim for 5 pounds. Cut out all fats and junk food immediately. And start exercising like for an hour a few times per week.

well there is 3500 calories in a pound so if you multiply that by how much weight you want to lose and if you have a certain goal divide that from before go how many days until the day so you would need to burn that amount plus the food you eat.

103 is not fat for your height, there's no reason for you to lose weight. And no one can lose 11 lbs in 14 days. Usual weight loss is 1-2 lbs a week.

firstly, from 15-19 I filled out a lot. i thought it was weight gain but it was not. You're getting a more adult figure. next, it sounds to me that you just need a constant workout routine and to eat well. Those numbers are not bad at all, even if you gained a bit more than that. if you're concerned, just treat your body better. lastly, you can't lose that much in that amount of time. Try to care for your body, because at 15 it might seem like 2 weeks is all there is, but you have that body for 60 + more years. Make a fitness goal, routine, and stick with it! :)
