Eat a lot more then lol. If you have a high metabolism and do any sort of cardio like running you are going to burn away anything you eat fast. If you want more muscle, eat even more, go weight training (heavier weights rather than lighter weights) and take protein shakes to aid muscle growth. good luck

Eat higher carb foods and foods with high calories. Workout 4-5 times a week for roughly 30 minutes with a clean healthy diet. Do strength training also, to help gain muscle.

Track runners often are thin and lacking in a body-builder type frame. Consider that you have to haul all that muscle around, which will slow down your performance. You're like a race horse, not a draft horse.
