Nintendo's servers are currently experiencing technical difficulties due to the increase of traffic yesterday. http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/network/en_na/network_status.jsp They are working to resume their services. Hopefully the problem will be resolved soon. Services affected include eShop and system transfer.
