With 6 MP in a 1/1.7" sensor, the Fuji S6000fd was pretty good as bridge cameras go. However, that is a smaller sensor than the 23.6 x 15.8 mm sensor in the D40 or D60. The D40 had 6MP, and the D60 had 10MP. The D60 was a little bit newer, although the lower pixel density of the D40 may have given it a slight advantage in low light. The D40 had a weaker anti-alias filter, which made it look a little bit sharper despite the lower resolution, but it had more of a tendency towards moire artifact. The D60 introduced dust reduction vibration of the sensor in the Nikon DSLR line. Since these are all oldies, a big consideration has to be the condition of the sample and the reliability of the seller.
