i'm exactly the same. i don't eat that much anymore. i don't feel like eating and i don't think of food. also, i feel full right away when i feel like i only ate a small portion. i don't know why i'm like this. maybe 'cause i stop eating like i use to two or three times a day. now, i wonder if i lost weight. hmm. anyway, what's your question?? lol

I've never been hungry or thirsty in my life. In my case, it is because the part of the brain that regulates hunger and thirst has an abnormality. I can eat about as much as a child's meal or one slice of medium pizza. The difference is I'm male, 5'10" and almost 200 pounds. I eat one meal a day, and every now and then I'll have a snack during the day. I've checked my thyroid (one of the things that can affect hunger), I've had my blood work checked, and I've been checked for depression (at different points in my life, just to double check). In my case, it's the brain. In your case - well, you probably should be checked for some other medical or psychological issues just to be sure.
