you need to do a lot of cardio. Weights will only tone so you dont need to overdue them. Cardio is what burns the fat. You could do tons of weight lifting but you will just tone the fat that is there and you will still look heavy just toned heavy. I lost 65lbs in 3 months but reducing caloric intake, swimming, jogging/walking 2 miles a day and cutting out all drinks that have any calories. And no soda at all. You can't spot reduce you can only do your best Good Luck!
