suggest you see a gastro entric surgeon . They would diagnose the cause. If u have an indian doctor , its better since they have more knowledge in these conditions, and they r really good.

Did they test you for Gluten? I heard this exact story a couple of times, and in all of them the person had serious Gluten-Sensitivity. Gluten-Sensitivity basically destroys the 'flakes' in your bowels, which are important for pretty much all the things you describe.(from metabolizing food, to bowel-movement, but also auto-immune problems(like infections), bloating, aches, and pains).

Hi Emily, First of all I am not a doctor. But here are some tips that you may consider consulting with a real doctor: 1. Start by taking a multivitamin to reverse the anemia. 2. Consider taking an anti-parasite treatment (usually comes in form of 1 or 2 pills, 2 times) to eliminate the possibility of parasites in your stomach (tapeworm etc) that may be causing anemia. 3. Make a list of the foods you eat and drinks. There may be something that is messing you up. Avoid condiments, salt, sodas (coca-cola etc), potatoes, green peppers, tomatoes, lettuce, fried foods, coffee, chocolate. In case you have gastritis. 4. Consider drinking meal-replacing shakes for one of your meals (try breakfast and see how it feels during the morning) Ensure is a brand of these types of shakes. 5. Food is the source of life. Even if you are not hungry you should not miss a meal. Fruits by themselves are easy to digest. Try them with honey for more energy. 6. If you are having problems digesting, avoid drinking too much liquids during your meals. Take small sips of water if necesary. 7. For infections, see a doctor for a good antibiotic or treatment. 8. Also consider a fungal disease. There is a medicine for this but very strong so always check with your doctor. 9. Before trying any medicine I recommend that you have gained some energy. 10. Don't sit and wait to get worse. Eat something and go to the doctor. Good luck and get well!
