I'm pretty out of the shape when it comes to Cardio, and I'm not overweight. Sometimes if I run too long or exercise to vigorously, I can feel sick to my stomach. I think it's normal, you're not accustomed to cardio exercise.

You are not breathing properly when you run. I recomend with a diet first of all... Watch what you intake in calories. Now onto running.. when you run pace yourself.. Start off with a jog from 5 minutes ( time yourself) then walk for 2 minutes then jog but a little faster.. Keep repeating the process for like 10 minutes or so. While you run breathe in throught the nose and out through the nose. People fail to do that. Work on abs as well. Crunches, mountain climbers ,leg lifts , planks, sit ups, push ups. Do this all 30 minutes a day for 3 days a week then work your way up. If anything go buy just dance for kinect and dance for 2 hours... for like every other day... i do that
