Need more information from you. What email service are you retrieving your email into Outlook. If you are not able to receive emails then it is like your protocol is wrong. There are two protocols for email.. POP setting (is for receiving email) and Smtp (is for sending email). Check what you have as the setting for POP. You can do a test email to see if any of your protocols setting is correct. On Outlook, make sure you on Home Tab. Then click on Send/Receive All Folders Icon. It will show you the progress. Make sure each line says completed. If you have any errors to send or receive emails then it will let you know.

There are chances that your Internet must not be working or your Outlook might have got corrupted.
