Minimum wage rates vary from region to region. Which region does he work in? It is also mandatory for an employee to have a tin, pagibig, sss, philhealth numbers hence the forms. An employer usually furnishes employees with payslips which shows the breakdown of basic pay plus add-ons, deductions and net pay. Unfortunately most companies in Philippines do whatever they please because work is so hard to come by. Your son can try and ask questions, but he might just get fired. Proceed with caution. Workers have no enforceable rights in Phil.
