If you have money just go a store that will measure you and buy your own or you can tell your mother you want a bra. My mother practically dragged me to the store when I was thirteen although I'm twenty she still checks the ratings of movies I watch with her.

Hi! Personally I think you should consider having a one-on-one chat with your mum. If you're too uncomfortable to talk to het directly, write her a note, text her or email her. You should tell her how you truly feel, and explain to her why you not just want, but need a proper bra. Mums can sometimes find it hard to let go of her sweet little girl, so go easy. (._.) If that fails, definitely buy some on your own. If you don't have money, ask for some from your mum. Lie if you want. (But I'm not going to lie. She's going to notice it when you're wearing bras, which she didnt buy. Good luck!
