From my experience and knowledge, I think that your rep ranges may be too small. In order to engage in hypertrophy, you should change your rep range anywhere from 8 to 12 reps per set. So, lower the weight and focus and getting 8 to 12 solid reps, especially on those squats and deadlifts (they have done wonders for me). You can also try to work on legs more frequently. I like to work legs about twice a week, but do what is good for you. Also, it is recommended to do about 3 to 4 sets per exercise for hypertrophy, although I find that 5 sets works well for me too when I work on legs. Good luck!

It takes time. Talk to a trainer or read online. Do the right workouts for them, but it won't come over night. Give them a couple of weeks and you'll see progress.
