I used to have the same problem until I started exercising. I recommend that you start toning your legs by running, doing squats, and lunges. You'll gain muscle and make your thigh gap smaller :)

Try running. My sister has huge calves in her legs because she runs track.

My twin sister and I used to have this problem, then we started going to gym together and now we have a small thigh gap, and our legs aren't skinny anymore,we built up muscle mostly by running x
