If a medical condition then modern anti depressants can help a lot, but if he has lost interest in life due to an unsatisfactory living conditions mostly related to the job he does, then he needs a long term therapy and training. Better stand by your husband and offer him love and support,

That's rough, you have to talk to him and find out what is wrong and make him feel happy again, maybe it's work or maybe you guys aren't spending enough time together. You should talk to him and tell him you love him. All the best

Be there for him. They say people who are depressed need medicine and therapy, but all they need is someone there who loves and cares for them. Trust me, i know.

All u can do is love him,but if he is depressed because he is is unhappy in his life and your marriage then you may have to let him go yes you can be there but no pills will help him if he is living a life he doesn't care about. Maybe if u let him go he would find out he can't live without u,or is it you are affaid he could live with out u?You know you said he told u he doesn't love u,can u be happy if he really is just staying to make u happy and kids happy? While he is miserable?I really think u should seek a good counselor see if he is just depressed or if it's because he is living with u out of commitment? I wish life with u and the family works out I'd like all of u to be happy.

When you are seeking advice here, it's always best to be thorough, explanatory when it comes to giving some background on your problem. How old is he? He may have a real depression problem that needs to be looked at by a psychiatrist.
