pet cat or a bunch of rats trying to put out the fire with pee. Otherwise; your cooking leaves a lot to be desired.

If you have an older oven, check the pan storage tray or broiler at the bottom of the oven. You may have a nest of mice or some sort of residual food lurking there. If there's nothing, pull out the stove and clean underneath and behind. There's something in, or just outside the oven that warms and emits a smell. You just have to locate it.

p answer is spot on. you have a mouse nest in there some where. gas range you can remove burner grills and lift open the top to expose gas plumbing. this is also a good place to look for your little friends

call a service tech,,it may very well be making carbon monoxide
