its not right. tell your friend that she will be heartbroken once he's married. and shes still a muse. but honeslt i know what shes going through. it feels good when someone older finds you beautiful and cares for you or gives you attention, especially at the young teenage stage of 14.. show her its wrong

Tell his girl friend! He is using your friend disgracefully - and if he even kisses her he is risking jail. There are good reasons why the age of consent is at least sixteen in western countries. One reason is to protect "silly teenage girls" who are easily flattered by older and more experienced men who know how to play adolescent girls. She is probably rather insecure and wants to make an impression and get attention no matter what the consequences. You come across as a kind and supportive friend.
