You should always give you're muscles a rest for one day. If you're wanting to work out everyday do different groups of muscles each day so you aren't working the same ones two days in a row.

That was silly workout . Do one muscle group a day . Legs one day,arms second,shoulders and neck third ,back fourth .chest and abs and rest one day . You are already tired after doing arms so you will not do properly chest in the same day .
