ET the scene where ET is going home. You could also say in Harry Potter when the dementors are floating that it is impossible for something with that weight/density to float. Pick almost any sci fi movie and there's usually at least one thing that just isn't right.

Star Wars - light sabers. The Matrix - many of the 'bullet-time shooting effects, the jumps between buildings , etc Those are just the first 2 that popped to mind, but there has to be dozens and dozens of them.
