To be honest with you, you do not need to get the i7-4770k for playing games maxed out, an Intel i5-4670K is the more appropriate CPU for gaming as almost no game on the market to date utilizes hyper-threading to justify the $100 extra price tag. What i would do is keep the GTX 780 as PC games to day are more GPU intensive then they are CPU intensive and drop the i7-4770K to a i5-4670K and take the extra $100 you will be saving and put it towards a more higher capacity SSD then a 64GB SSD, something more along the lines of at least 128GB at the minimum for a boot drive.
