The amount of mozzarella you use is a matter of taste. The pie in the link you posted looks like a good example except for one thing: It looks as if some of the basil on top might've been cooked. That ruins fresh basil. But the herb on only after it's out of the oven.

It's just crust, sauce, and spots of mozzerella and whole fresh basil leaves scattered on top.
