Try to eat way better. Flood your cells with nutrition from produce. For iron, red meat and liver. That's what I used to do. For your illness. Dr.

I have iron deficiency anemia, and that happens to me too. It could just be orthostatic hypotension (where you change positions quickly and your blood pressure is too low from laying/sitting, causing lightheadedness or vision spots) but anemia can make it worse too :) If it's really bad, tell your doctor next time you go, or do what I did and go to donate blood. They'll check your iron count and tell you if it's too low lol (just don't say that's why you're there)
