I also recommend the Dell Latitude series. You may even get a good condition used one for quite cheap (under 200)

Any laptop will do. Get the cheapest one you can find, perhaps even a Chromebook. Any laptop will be able to handle the internet and doing homework with no problem. They only reason to go higher than a cheap on is if she wants to play games on it. I'm in IT and I still go for the cheapest one as they handle all I do just fine, not being a gamer.

any laptop with a bigger screen, like 17 inch, because when she reads or writes something for homework, then a small screen will be bad for her eyes when she has to focus on little letters all the time and that will exhaust her earlier, better is then a 17 inch screen or bigger, it should be smaller than 15 inch.

The HP Pavillion 13-inch will cost you just under 500 pounds, and is very highly rated. The HP 15.6-inch dual core laptop is also a great choice, and costs even less.
