It does sound like your hdd is gonna fail you should definitley try to copy any data that you can while you still can I usually clone them real fast to another healthy drive so i can access the data. Do this before failure of the hdd because if physical failure is reached the cost to recover any data will cost considerably more.

So when you turn on your computer the first thing is does is do a POST (Power on Self Test). If, at any point during the post, a problem occurs you will hear some beeps. These beeps are used to tell you that something is wrong (your hard drive is not necessarily failing). You should try to get into your bios (f12 or f10 sometimes works, or just press all your f keys frantically :P ) then find what version of bios you are running. Then google the version and find out what the beep codes actually mean. Then fix your system accordingly. Usually the beeps are because something isn't connected properly (cables wriggled loose or your ram isn't inserted properly) try opening up your case and making sure everything is secure (remove power first obviously).

"I changed the bios setting to recognize hard disk before CD drive" you said already that and you are asking how to go to bios. something is wrong with your question or problem. honestly what do you want to learn. how to open bios or how to restore your hdd.
