Yeah, do it. The smoothie will keep you very full, especially if you use high-fiber fruits. If you have one of those cool blenders that can blend an entire apple, a pineapple core, etc. use the whole fruit because there's a lot of nutrition in it. But if you get very hungry and feel light headed or nauseas then you have to eat,
