If you are consuming one meal a day and juicing a whole lot of fruit then you are consuming a lot of sugar. Albeit natural sugars. If you aren't going all the way with juicing (ie no food and 3/4 vege 1/4 fruit juice) you are best to eat the whole fruit. You end up eating a whole lot more when it is juiced.
