The best way to do a diet is to have the biggest meal around lunch time because that is when your body digests faster and your metabolism rate is higher. So eat a good healthy breakfast (with protien): eggs, spinach, half bread of toast, and some fruit. Then lunch can be a really big meal such as: healthy sandwich& salad and protien shake and/or water. Then dinner, something smaller. Like some fish and veggies. For a snack you can have a protien bar. Also, take a walk around the block for at least 20 mins each day and drink LOTS of water :) I do this.

I don't think that you're eating quite enough. Also I would eat more at lunch. Try to eat more veggies and protein( and not from protein bars- these are processed protein and not as nutritious as natural, complete protein). You can get complete protein from animal sources or when you combine a grain ( like breads) and legumes (beans) or nuts you get the same effect. Also remember to exercise. Hope this helps!
