Grammar - not correct; and what is a "text line?" - but even if that's some kind of technical term I'm unfamiliar with, the grammar should be: "The text line crashed from around 12am until about 3am. Then from yesterday it was working again here in Ottawa."

"The text line crashed from around 12 a.m. until about 3 a.m. yesterday. It has been working again since then here in Ottawa." However, avoid '12 a.m.' which is ambiguous. 'Midday' or 'midnight'.
