1st off, you don't state what the medical condition that you have, or how it might affect your work with this company, or any job you work for. I agree that telling them in an interview would not make sense, since as you state, if you tell them, then they would not offered you the job. But,,,,,once they hired you, then you tell them, before you start working for them, since it could affect where or how they have you work. Based on what you stated, there are too little facts to back up discrimination, but that you most likely have a bad boss, like many other people out there. Unless you have some kind of disability that could be protected under the ADA, then, you maybe stuck.
