Very unhealthy. Refined grains and refined oils are horrible for long term health, not to mention the refined GMO soy/corn/etc. ingredients. These are the types of things that can potentially trigger dozens of different autoimmune and inflammatory disorders during your lifetime, among other things. Stick to whole foods in their natural forms, not Frankenstein prepackaged foods full of garbage ingredients.

Don't believe does kind of stuff. There are cereals that are unhealty cause of the sugar and all but what you're eating is very good and if you never even ate some you would have a hard time! So enjoy your cereal!

yes and no, you are right about the stevia being unhealthy. try oatmeal with fresh fruit instead. Oats are the only ingredient in oatmeal.

It's far healthier than the vast majority of cereals on the market. It depends on what you mean by "unhealthy" though- it has 3g of sugars per serving, for instance, x 6-8 = you're eating 18-24 g of sugars daily from cereal alone. That's comparable to half a bottle of regular soda.

Its not too bad. The main issue is that it pumps up its fiber and protein numbers with things like soy protein isolate and inulin. there haven't been any studies that show that those things are bad - but there haven't been any studies showing that those things are "as good" as obtaining protein and fiber in natural whole foods. In fact, most people doubt that they are "as good". but that's a long way from saying they are bad. but 6- 8 servings of anything is probably bad. All things in moderation. So i would switch it around. Have a bowl or two of cereal a day. but also have fruit, vegetables, and whole grains. Try having some soup or chili. They both fit in bowls and are easy to make. and smoothies are good and easy too. And try some different cereals. Oatmeal is great. look for cereals that contain a lot of whole grains and have fiber and protein numbers that aren't artificially pumped up with protein isolates, and inulin.
