Seems more on the lines of poetry than creative writing.I personally view creative writing as short stories or full length stories. Hope this helps :)

Creative writing is anything that tells a story from your imagination; be it a poem, short story, novel, script, whatever. If you made it up, it's creative. This is definitely creative writing. I'd say it sounds like free-verse poetry or a monologuey extract from a novel. Hope this helps. :)

If you write something new then it is creative but there needs to be a point to it and what you have written seems to be just thoughts. Turn it into a story that has a beginning a middle and an end. A few observations on your style - your sentences are too short and they stop the flow of reading. You seem to changes tense here and there and some of the things you write are not grammatical e.g. "bestest of friends," "used to always come true" and "if we finally to talk." You should never start a sentence with the word 'and' as it is a conjunction and finally always read and correct your writing before posting it on the site and that way you will get better feedback. Having said that why not give it a whirl and try to put those words into a short story format - it will make interesting reading. Good luck with your writing...
