It's BS...true lotteries don't make you pay to get the money. Call the non-emergency police number in your area, ask for the fraud department and report this. Give them buddy's number if you can. Paying your bills on time does not enter you in contests. Don't fall for it.

Ask to get the money first, and then you will pay whatever you have to pay. I honestly think its a bit fishy, the situation i mean, he won't discount the price for the 2.5 million? Weird. So yep... SCAM

scam. walmart wouldn't give that kind of money away for paying a bill on time. LOL they'd have to let go of a store full of employees first, to make that happen.
