You'll lose weight, but you'll kill your blood sugar. That's not enough protein or iron, though whether or not this is true does depend on the type of salads you are eating. Also going by weight doesn't really mean anything. The weight can be muscle, fat, or simply just water build up. Unless your visibly fat and getting health problems because of it; exorcise and eat healthy for the sake of exorcising at eating healthy. Your body NEEDS a certain amount of fat, so if you can run about 10 minutes non-stop or almost non-stop then your pretty healthy. (30 minutes is best, but 10 is healthy) If you can't, then get to that point; and your weight will adjust to where it needs to be.

excercise everyday but not more that an hour but eat every three hours 5 times- meals of 400 to 500 cals but only three meals the rest will be snacks of 200 cals and make sure.your meals have.protien
