It is doubtful that you would be allowed to, but if your parents are incredibly rich, they could enrol you in a boarding school. Get them to research.

You can't attend a public high school in Canada, the United States, or Australia. Their taxpayers aren't going to give free educations to non-citizens. If you want to go to high school there, you would need to apply to a private high school (presumably one with boarding facilities as you can't live on your own and don't have friends/relatives there to take care of you), be accepted, your parents would then need to apply for a study permit/visa for you, and then pay tens of thousands of dollars. The only way you are likely to convince them is if you somehow find about $25,000 to $30,000 to pay for this. At 14, that is highly unlikely that you have access to that kind of money or that your parents can just afford to spend that kind of money when you have access to a perfectly free education in Scotland.
