Move they will sell it anyway and you will vacate Read your lease and see if landlord can reimburse you for early termination Be sure to have your landlord sign you off no penalties or etc You can tell your landlord its easier to market a vacant house

Looks like you are in the US. Depending on the state you live in you have different rights. If you live in a coastal state you are in luck and if you live in a "red state" (Republican) rental laws are likely skewed against you. Look for local legal advise. You could take them to small claims court. Best thing you can do is to move ASAP.

A lease is a contract. If someone new buys the house they are legally obligated to the terms of the lease. Check your lease because many say that the lease term can be broken with two months notice. Anyway, why not just find another place live - there are lots of places around run in a more professional fashion. Good luck!

If you've got a valid lease then it has to be honored by the new owner. As for all you\ve mentioned, it all seems to be by verbal agreement... you've got no leg to stand on.
