Well, if you are not in Springfield MO, I doubt that a place in Denver CO, could replicate it.

Geez, clearly these people have never been to Springfield or understand that different regions prepare dishes in different ways. SPRINGFIELD-STYLE cashew chicken is an American version of the traditional Chinese dish, created by a Chinese immigrant in Springfield, MO. That version is served all over MO and many other states for that matter! So HA! to the ignorance from previous posters. To answer the question, I am not sure if any restaurants in Denver do Springfield-style, but the main difference between it and traditional style is the chicken. I would suggest asking for the chicken to be fried versus stir-fried, if that is an option on the menu.
