You can do this in Paint. I recommend not to use Adobe Reader because it comes with bundleware and things you may not want on your computer, and the installation process isn't very user friendly. For the general user, I recommend: - Use the native PDF reader that comes on your computer, and/or web browser. - If you're on Windows 7 or lower, use Sumatra PDF (and/or the one that comes on your browser). Sumatra PDF is a minimalist PDF reader, so it doesn't have form filling. Like I said, you can copy the pages to Paint and fill out the forms from there. I've done this before. However if you need the process automated, you may want to try Pdftk. I haven't used it before, but it's freeware, open source and cross-platform. It runs on Java: I haven't used it before though honestly. Make sure to check whether you already have a native PDF reader that can fill forms on your computer first. Remember always to back up your system before installing new software :)

use help option present on the upper side of Adobe Reader.
