No, saudi arabia is a recent nation it's not the same as the islamic nation from 14 centuries ago, so i wouldn't be surprized if they had a lot of diffrences

At least it has a semblance of establishing shariah law. It is not based on caliphate and Islam does not accept kingship or totalitarian system. But it is preferable to countries like Pakistan who have failed to establish shariah law in 65 years.

Yes, unfortunately. They are using Islamic teachings to their advantage and committing all kinds of atrocities all sanctioned under Islam.
