Can they reimburse you? Sure. Are they legally obligated to? No. It is the hotel's fault at best, not your employer's.

No. The damages fall on the hotel. You will have trouble proving the root of the cause and my guess is even the hotel won't refund you other than your nights stay.

Only if you are the queen of the workplace. If you are just a regular Joe, then probably not.

Probably not, but you could try giving them the bill for the removal of the bed bugs as it was in your line of duty. Assuming you know for sure (can prove) you caught them at the hotel they said you had to stay at. Try asking Citizens Advice or whatever the equivalent is where you live.
