10 stone is healthy for your height, but if you really want to loose weight then do it to 9 stone, if you go lower you will be underweight. 1,300 cals is a bit low, because you're doing exercise as well I would recommend 1500 or higher Dont expect a change overnight, it will take you a month or maybe two, but time goes quickly

no thats not enough. I eat 2700 and i don't exercise at all. Especially since your 15, you are still growing so your body needs a lot of fuel to help with that, and also since you are exercising you need to compensate for that burn. so i would suggest eating A LOT more because at only 1300 cals your body can/is go into starvation mode and can cause all sorts of issues. Trust me, ive been there before.

With the exercise you could actually be overdoing it. A healthy average is to lose 2-3 lbs a week so if you are losing anymore than that I would recommend a Twinkie or something...
