Drive with your AC at max for about 15 minutes. Stop and shutdown the car and look for water draining out of the AC outside the car on the floor. If you do not see any, your AC drain is probably clogged and draining inside your dashboard. Replace your hood and door seals.

check the Toyota forums. there should be plenty of solutions. why dont you just hose down a small section of the car so you know where to focus at when looking for a leak. i worked on a Corolla once that had a leak in the trunk. turns out it was in a slight fender bender once and the seals did not line up with the trunk lid. sometimes it could be just be a bad seal. if it is, just go to the hardware store and get clear silicone glue. like i said before, try to hose down a section of the car at once to locate the general location of the leak. from there you can move the carpet and see where exactly its leaking in.

I have and 02 echo and I have never had a problem with it leaking. My guess would be that the seal on the trunk is bad and needs to be replaced. You can get the part from any Toyota dealer, it is something you could install yourself if you are even a little mechanical or you can have it done at any garage.
