The first part sounds like my breakfast on the weekends. My daily routine is green tea and oatmeal in the mornings. Instant oatmeal. I rush in the mornings a lot so that is my go to staple breakfast food. I am not a fan of chili, for my own reasons of course. However, if you are trying to eat healthier, one tip of advice I was given by many, and it is to make sure your food is as colorful as possible. Throw in more fruits and veggies. As for coffee, black coffee is fine, I personally need it flavored. That is why I stick to green tea, and there are many kinds of green tea. My two favorite brands are TAZO and Yogi. Any of their teas are amazing in taste for me.
