Personally I would go with the memory. Because depending on your memory can also determine how fast it runs, or how slow it goes. The less memory the slower it will run. Example: say I have 5mb on a pc and I have used 3mb it will run slower, than if I use a 5mb pc that has 1.5mb used

Hi, 4GB of RAM is plenty for now, the processor is not the best but it's still an okay quad core. You definitely need to upgrade the graphics card if you want to play more advanced, newer games on higher graphics settings. The 6450 is designed mainly for the multimedia user or someone who just wants a cheap card so they can plug their monitor into their desktop. What graphics card to get can depend on several factors: - What games you want to play. Minecraft for example, doesn't require a powerful graphics card when compared to games like Battlefield 4. - The maximum (native) resolution of your monitor. The higher the resolution, the more pixels a graphics card has to process, so framerates can drop if your graphics can't cannot handle it. - Your computers current power supply. A lot of the more powerful cards, need also to be connected directly to the power supply as well as getting power from the motherboard. So you often need a couple of 6 pin or 8 pin power connectors from your power supply for these graphics cards to work. Also make sure your power supplies wattage meets or exceeds the demands for the graphics card. If you are unsure, contact the shop where you are buying from or the graphics card manufacturer. Happy gaming :)
