Sell it and buy another car from the proceeds of the sale. An Audi is an expensive car for a 17 year old to drive. When you have a job that pays a lot more than what you make right now, you can always buy another Audi, maybe an Audi TT. Good luck.

what could possibly cost 2 or 3 grand to fix? you can fix anything on your own,,, the information is out there n the internet. i had a mechanic want 1,500 for something i fixed myself for 200 with parts. at 17, you should be wanting to learn how to fix cars on your own.

If you can really get it fixed for that price, and you aren't looking at a monthly repair instead of a monthly payment, I'd take the risk and fix it. If you do that and get burned, you won't do it again. That is a pretty decent Audi and I'd try to keep it if I could, provided the rest of the car is in good shape.
