Physiologically the human eye can only comprehend colors within a certain spectrum. I think it would be very cool if we could see a new color. Maybe they'll identify a gene or something that would enable us to do so. I wonder what it would look like. How exciting.

Probably not. To even imagine what other non visible light might look at, we have to use existing colors as representations.
