It definately is, remember to breath very well during workouts, your muscles deprive your brain of oxygen when they are in action. also drink more water it thins your blood lets it circulate better. Just pop an advil and ignore it, should go away after a few workouts.

It is perfectly normal. I could be because your are getting your heart rate up and your body may not be used to it. I'm 16 and I'm a sprinter and in order to get into perfect physical condition I have had to do a lot of weight based training lately and from time to time I do get head aches as well. It could also be because you are not breathing properly. Make sure that if you are lifting weights your are breathing in before you lift, hold you breath while you lift or pull whatever, and breathe out after you have lifted you weight or pulled whatever it is you pulling for example if you are on a rowing machine. Anyway you should be fine, don't worry about it, and if I keeps happening, either go see a doctor or make your workout a bit easier.

as a girl yes. I have always gotten awful awful headaches after working out, I'm a 16 year old girl. Ibuprofen may relieve it. If two doesn't help, honestly take more. That might help. just don't go over 4 at a time
