Depends on the insurance level you are going for, if it is only to cover damages to the other vehicles/property(liability insurance) no. If its also to cover your vehicle (collision/comprehensive) then yes as the vehicle is "worth"more, repairing it would be costlier to insurance comps (damaging a roof is pretty up there $ they would total it anyway) a vehicle total is what that vehicle was worth at time of crash, one with a sunroof was "worth" more-higher total paid. But saying all this it could be negligible difference in premium

Insurance premium costs will be based on the vehicle's year, make, model and trim level. The fact that the vehicle may or may not have a sun roof is not a specific factor. Cost will be based on the trim level.

No not really. Not unless you got one seriously expensive sunroof custom-installed on the vehicle, at least. When insurers rate vehicles, they go with the year make and model. The model includes the (just for example) LE and GX after the name with some vehicles, but the presence or absence of a sunroof won't make much of a difference. When you look at the total value of a vehicle, one accessory doesn't amount to very much.
