It depends on how bad it is. If you think you can't go on and need help, then you really should tell someone you trust and visit a doctor, see what options there are. If you think it's just hormones acting up every so often, maybe see just what extent these feelings go to, and judge how to act according to that. But by the looks of it, it does sound like there is something wrong, and I would advise seeking help, even if it's just a check-up, to see what's going on and what could be done - even if you think you can 'manage', it's better to be safe than sorry. Hi dear, if u r feeling more try to visit a good doctor. try to tell ur parents or any trustable person in ur family if u r feeling more. otherwise , try to busy u all times, do exercises, read good books, listen mjusic with an earphone, play games, chat with ur friends, go for an outing, do walking(choose garden), do swimming. play with ur pets etc feel better. don't think too much , be strong. have faith and have a successful life.
