Arthritis is an autoimmune disease. It can be caused (or made worse, anyway) by eating foods that create an autoimmune response in the body. I've heard of this happening with wheat. We're not technically meant to drink milk past weaning age, so we don't have enough peptides to digest it well, generally. (Some people have more than others but very few have/make enough, if any, to deal with large amounts of milk.) So you could feel healthier in general if you don't drink milk. It's a personal choice. But to my mind, it's also a health decision. I keep my milk intake very low and many days, I have no milk products at all.

It's high in calories and can make your skin bad, so I'd try and ease off of it.
