You are a worry wart. If the Dr's thought you were too sick to attend school, you'd be at home instead. If the Dr though you should not go gym, they'd have written you out of it. Relax you are better now.

Don't take part in your PE lesson! if you explain to your form teacher or whoever what has happened they'll be fine about it, they'd rather you just sit out, then attempt the lesson and make your chest pains worse. I guess it depends on how much pain you're in, if you're struggling to breath and crying with pain then they'd take you to the school nurse and might call an ambulance. But if you tell them what is wrong with you, then they'll most likely just tell you to go and sit somewhere or something! :) get your parents to write a letter explaining just incase?
