I would have the truck check out by a repair shop, most worry is about the transmission probably near the end of its life. I have seen engine last more than 300,000 on these vehicle when being taken care of. Have you seen the service or repair paper work or history ? Get the repair estimate from the shop, check the market price in the Kelly's Blue book. Your bank always has that KBB on hand: Ask them! Good luck to you.. Nice looking Truck!

"Runs good, but not horrible" sounds like the difference between $2000 worth of repairs versus $5000 to keep it running. You should have a professional mechanic to look over this vehicle BEFORE you buy it.

It looks very nice on the outside, but its what's internal that makes me second guess it. The engine and transmission maybe on its last leg. How much is the guy asking for it? The economy is still too sensitive, so you don't want to be tossing money away. I would Google this brand and see what are some of the biggest complaints on it from those who have recently own it or those who still drive this. Then if you still want it after the online reviews, I would ask my trusted mechanic to come and check it out. Better yet test drive it and try getting a performance diagnostic from a local shop. The mileage is high so you can't be to settle
